- 450g pumpkin
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 x 14 oz tin butter beans
- 240g canned chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons of smooth tahini
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 lemon
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place a pan of salted water over a medium heat and bring to the boil. Once boiling, add the pumpkin and cook for 10-15 minutes until soft. Once soft, remove from the heat and drain.
Step 2
Place the pumpkin into a blender, along with the drained chickpeas, drained butter beans, garlic cloves, tahini (or almond butter), maple, cumin, paprika, lemon juice and a good pinch of salt.
Step 3
Pulse until the mixture becomes smooth.
