- 120g oats
- 9 fl oz almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of cacao nibs
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 10 oz raspberries
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- dash of water

Preparation
Step 1
Place a pan over a medium heat.
Step 2
Add the raspberries, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and a dash of water.
Step 3
Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring until it forms a thick mixture.
Step 4
While the compote is cooking; place the oats, milk, cacao nibs and peanut butter in a pan over a medium heat.
Step 5
Cook for around 5-8 minutes until smooth and creamy. Adding a dash more almond milk if it ever becomes too thick.
Step 6
Once your compote is cooked, spoon a dollop on top of the porridge before serving.
