- 10 pitted and chopped Medjool dates
- 250g peanut butter
- large pinch of sea salt
- 375ml almond milk

Preparation
Step 1
Place the chopped dates, peanut butter, salt and 2-3 tablespoons of almond milk into the bowl of a food processor. Mix until you have a chunky paste. Then stream in the almond milk and continue to mix until completely smooth.
Step 2
Pour into a Tupperware container, cover and place in the freezer overnight.
Step 3
Allow to soften at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
