  • 2 tablespoons porridge oats
  • 1 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds
  • 4 fl oz oat milk
  • 1 red apples
  • 2 tablespoons of almonds
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Place the cooked quinoa, porridge oats, hemp seeds and oat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently until the oat milk has been absorbed and the oats are tender, about 5 minutes. You can use a microwave if you prefer. Microwave on high, for one minute at a time, stopping to stir until oats are tender, 3-4 minutes.

Step 2

Add the apple, almonds, raisins, and cinnamon, to the pan and cook until heated through. Or if you prefer you can place the apple, raisins and almonds on top as garnish and dust with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
