- 120g almond butter
- 100ml maple syrup
- 40g ground almonds
- 45g cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of water

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together the chia seeds and water. Leave to one side to thicken for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Place the chia mixture, almond butter, maple syrup and cacao powder into a powerful food processor and blend until a very smooth paste forms.
Step 3
Add in the ground almonds and blitz a few times to mix through.
Step 4
Roll the mixture into 12 equal sized balls.
Step 5
Place the balls in the fridge for an hour to set, then store in an airtight container in the fridge.
