- 7 oz cherry tomatoes
- Juice and zest of 1 lemons
- 150g spaghetti
- 100g capers
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on pack.
Step 2
Place the onion and garlic in a pan over a medium heat, with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes until soft.
Step 3
Once soft, add the capers, caper water, lemon zest, lemon juice and tomatoes.
Step 4
Cook everything together for a further 10 minutes until the juice begins to bubble.
Step 5
Stir through the pasta and enjoy.
