Ingredients
2 servings
- 150g rice noodles
- ½ of a chinese cabbages
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red chilli
- 1x 150g jar of kimchi
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 1 lime
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- drizzle of toasted sesame oil
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the noodles according to instructions on pack. Once cooked, drain and leave to one side.
Step 2
Roughly slice the cabbage.
Step 3
Place the garlic, kimchi, coconut sugar, tamari and lime juice into a blender and pulse until smooth.
Step 4
Place a pan over a medium heat and add a drizzle of sesame oil. Add the red chilli, cabbage and kimchi paste and cook for around 10 minutes until the cabbage has wilted.
Step 5
Slice the spring onions and stir through, along with the sesame seeds and noodles, before serving.
