- 10 fl oz coconut milk
- 350g gram flour
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 5 tablespoons kimchi
- 1 teaspoon hot chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place the coconut milk, flour, sesame oil, chilli powder, baking powder, sesame seeds and salt into a large bowl and mix well until smooth. Once smooth, stir through the chopped kimchi.
Step 2
Place a pan over a medium heat and add a drizzle of sesame oil. Once warm, spoon equal amounts of the liquid into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden on one side.
Step 3
Flip over and cook for another 3 minutes on the other side.
Step 4
Repeat until all of the mixture has finished.
Step 5
Mix together all of the sauce ingredients and serve with the pancakes.
