Ingredients
6 servings
- 1.6 lb new potatoes
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon black mustard seeds
- 1 lime
- handful of coriander
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 230C (445F), fan setting.
Step 2
Cut the new potatoes in half and place into a baking tray.
Step 3
Add the cumin seeds, coriander, curry powder, turmeric, cinnamon, coconut sugar, black mustard seeds and a large pinch of salt.
Step 4
Mix well until all of the potatoes are covered in the spices.
Step 5
Drizzle with olive oil and mix again really well.
Step 6
Place in the oven and cook for 35 minutes until crispy.
Step 7
Once cooked, remove from the oven and mix through the lime juice.
Step 8
Top with a handful of fresh coriander before serving.
