- 10 Medjool dates
- 6 tablespoons of smooth peanut butter
- 7 oz oats
- 4 tablespoons plant-based milk
- Handful of 70% cocoa dark chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Line a large loaf tin with baking paper.
Step 2
Make the base by placing the pitted dates, oats, almond milk and peanut butter into a powerful food processor and blend until the mixture comes together to form a thick, sticky mix. At this point, add the dark chocolate and pulse a few times to mix through.
Step 3
Spoon the batter into a lined loaf pan. Smooth over and press down to ensure everything is even. Place in the fridge to set for at least 1 hour.
Step 4
While the base is setting, make the topping by placing the dates, maple syrup and cacao powder into a powerful food processor and blending until a thick, sticky mix forms. You may want to add a dash of almond milk if the mixture needs some help to blend.
Step 5
Remove the base from the fridge and spoon over the topping, smoothing over to cover the whole thing. Place back in the fridge to set for 1 hour.
Step 6
Once set, cut into equal bites and enjoy.
