- 50g porridge oats
- 4.2 fl oz almond milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger

Preparation
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients for the porridge into a small pan over a medium-low heat. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring often, until sooth, creamy and piping hot.
Step 2
Serve topped with a sprinkle of granola, if desired.
