Ingredients

- 7 oz brown spaghetti
- 7 oz frozen peas
- 1.8 oz pine nuts
- 7 oz sun-dried tomatoes
- 4 handfuls of spinach
- 1 red chilli
- 4 garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- pinch of sea salt & black pepper
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place a pan of boiling water over a medium heat and add a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Add the spaghetti and peas. And cook the spaghetti per pack instructions.
Step 3
Keep stirring it around so the spaghetti doesn’t stick together.
Step 4
Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan for about 5 minutes until they’re golden brown.
Step 5
Chop the sun-dried tomatoes into bite size pieces, deseed and chop the chilli and crush the garlic.
Step 6
Once the spaghetti and peas are cooked, drain and rinse them.
Step 7
In a large frying pan, add the oil, chilli and garlic.
Step 8
Once this has heated up and mixed together, add in the spinach.
Step 9
Once this has wilted, add in the spaghetti, peas, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts and some salt and pepper.
Step 10
Mix for about 5 minutes until everything is mixed well and warmed up.
