- 10 oz frozen spinach
- 7 oz frozen peas
- 7 oz frozen broad beans
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 x 14 fl oz tin coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over a medium heat.
Step 2
Add the onion, garlic and salt, cook for 5-10 minutes until soft.
Step 3
Add the nutritional yeast, frozen spinach, peas and beans with the tin of coconut milk and bring the mixture to the boil, before reducing the temperature and leaving to simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until everything is cooked through.
Step 4
Once the spinach has wilted and the vegetables are soft, blitz everything in a blender until smooth.
