Preparation

Step 1

Place the cooked quinoa, porridge oats, oat milk, and frozen blueberries in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently until the oat milk has been absorbed and the oats are tender, 4-5 minutes. Alternatively, you can use a microwave. Microwave on high, for 1 minute at a time, stopping to stir until oats are tender.

Step 2

Slice half the banana into the pan and use a fork to mash and stir through the porridge. Transfer to a bowl. Slice the remaining banana over the top, add a dollop of peanut butter, and a sprinkling of flaxseeds.
