- 8.5 fl oz water
- 1 oz porridge oats
- 4 tablespoons of coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter
- 1 sliced bananas
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Preparation
Step 1
Simply add the oats, water, coconut milk and slices of banana to a saucepan.
Step 2
Cook over a low heat for about 10 minutes stirring often, until the liquid has all been absorbed and it’s thick and creamy.
Step 3
Then stir in the almond butter and coconut oil and let them dissolve into the mix.
Step 4
Once it’s all nicely mixed through, pour it into a bowl, add all your favourite toppings and then it’s ready to enjoy.
