- 12 pitted Medjool dates
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 1 oz pumpkin seeds
- 25g desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoon date syrup
- 55g oats

Preparation
Step 1
Begin by placing the sunflower and pumpkin seeds in the food processor and pulsing until they are nicely crushed.
Step 2
Add the medjool dates, oats, desiccated coconut and date syrup pulse until it’s fully mixed.
Step 3
Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a 40g ball.
Step 4
Continue doing this until the mixture is finished. We also roll ours in desiccated coconut after to make then look even more fun!
Step 5
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
