- 6.1 oz cacao butter
- 7 tablespoons of cacao powder
- 7 tablespoons of maple syrup
- pinch of sea salt
- 10 mini cupcake cases

Preparation
Step 1
Start by making your base; melt the cacao butter in a pan over a medium heat.
Step 2
Once melted, add in the cacao powder, maple syrup and salt and give it stir for another couple of minutes.
Step 3
Evenly pour the mixture into 10 cupcake cases.
Step 4
Put in the fridge to set for at least 1-2 hours.
Step 5
While the bases are setting make the topping. Simply place all of the ingredients in a food processor.
Step 6
Blend until everything is smooth.
Step 7
Once the bases are set, remove from the fridge.
Step 8
Add a dollop of your peanut butter mixture on top of each.
Step 9
Use a spoon to swirl the tops.
Step 10
Place back in the fridge to cool, another 1-2 hours.
