- 3.5 oz flaked almonds
- 7 oz oats
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 5 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder

Preparation
Step 1
Line a 23cm cake tin with baking parchment.
Step 2
Place all of the base ingredients into a food processor and pulse until a thick paste forms.
Step 3
Spoon the paste onto the lined cake tin and smooth over with a spoon until even. Place into the freezer or fridge while you make the topping.
Step 4
Make the topping by placing all of the topping ingredients into a food processor and pulsing until smooth and creamy - this may take a few minutes.
Step 5
Spoon the topping onto the cheesecake base and leave to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
