- 50g brown rice
- 1/3 recipe of chickpea, tofu & harissa stew
- 1 tablespoon of coconut yoghurt

Preparation
Step 1
Cook grain according to package directions.
Step 2
Shortly before your grain is finished, heat up the chickpea, tofu and harissa stew. This can be done in a small saucepan on the hob (stove), stirring frequently, about 5 minutes. Alternatively, reheat in the microwave, covered, in 1-minute intervals. Serve in a bowl alongside brown rice or your grain of choice. Top with coconut yoghurt and eat immediately.
