- 4 tablespoons coconut milk
- 8.1 oz cacao butter
- 6 tablespoons of cacao powder
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 x 14 fl oz tin coconut milk
- 10 pitted Medjool dates
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Place the cacao powder, coconut sugar, cacao butter, salt and coconut milk into a pan over a low temperature and cook until melted.
Step 2
Once melted, place the mixture into a food processor, along with the pitted dates and pulse until smooth.
Step 3
Pour into a serving bowl and chill in the fridge for 2 hours until set.
