Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon cacao nibs
- 1 teaspoon of cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon of flaked almonds
- Handful of raisins
- 4.8 oz porridge oats
- 70g jumbo oats
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon coconut blossom nectar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 4 ½ tablespoons of brown rice syrup
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C (350F), fan setting. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together the cacao nibs, cacao powder, flaked almonds, raisins, oats and sea salt.
Step 3
Place the date syrup, coconut oil, sunflower oil, coconut blossom nectar, almond butter and brown rice syrup in a small pan over a medium heat and cook until melted and slightly bubbling, but don’t bring to the boil.
Step 4
Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well to combine - adding a dash of water if needed to bind. Transfer the mixture to the baking tray and press down very well, making sure it is all evenly spread.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 12-14 minutes until golden.
Step 6
Once baked, remove from the oven and leave to cool before cutting into equal bars.
