- 1.8 oz frozen berries
- 2.5 oz porridge oats
- 3.5 fl oz plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1-2 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt

Preparation
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients into a small pan over a medium heat and cook until a creamy, thick and warm porridge forms, this could take from 5-10 minutes. If the mixture ever becomes too thick, stir through another dash of almond milk.
Step 2
Spoon into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings; we love to top this with some coconut chips and a drizzle of peanut butter.
