- 240g canned chickpeas
- 250g pickled beetroot
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- pinch of sea salt

Step 1
Place the chickpeas into a bowl and cover with water.
Step 2
Rub the chickpeas together between your fingers and remove the skins.
Step 3
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth, adding a dash of water if needed.
