- 250g almonds
- 16 pitted Medjool dates
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 4.6 oz porridge oats
- 2 tablespoons of cacao powder

Preparation
Step 1
Place the almonds in a food processor and blend until it begins to form a flour like consistency.
Step 2
Add in the oats, banana, dates, chia seeds and cacao powder (if using). Blend again until a sticky dough forms.
Step 3
Scoop out tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls using your hands.
Step 4
Roll the balls in your chosen topping (if using) and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
