- 1.7 oz porridge oats
- 1 red apples
- 6.7 fl oz almond milk
- 2 teaspoons coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- a small handful of raisins

Preparation
Step 1
Place the oats, almond milk, grated apple, coconut sugar, raisins and cinnamon in a saucepan over a medium heat. Cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring frequently until smooth, creamy and piping hot.
Step 2
Serve topped with nut butter, natural jam and a sprinkle of granola, if desired.
