- 10 pitted Medjool dates
- 65g almond butter
- 2 oz almonds
- 1.5 oz hemp protein
- 2 ½ tablespoons of date syrup
- 0.8 oz freeze-dried blueberries

Preparation
Step 1
Begin by placing the almonds in the food processor and pulsing until they are nicely crushed.
Step 2
Add the medjool dates, almond butter, hemp protein, date syrup and freeze dried blueberries.
Step 3
Pulse until everything is fully mixed.
Step 4
Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a 50g ball.
Step 5
Continue doing this until the mixture is finished.
Step 6
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
