- 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1 can (14 oz) of full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the peanut butter and honey. Stir until well blended and smooth.
Step 2
Add in the coconut milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and heated through, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
Step 4
Pour the cooled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Step 5
Transfer the ice cream to a shallow container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
