- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 tablespoon grated lime zest
- 3 egg yolks
- Whipped cream for topping

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well blended.

Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, lime zest, and egg yolks until smooth.

Pour the key lime filling into the cooled crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until set.

Remove from the oven and allow the pie to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
