  • ¾ cup (93.75g) all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup (93.75g) cake flour
  • ½ cup (43g) Dutch-processed cocoa powder, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1½ cups (375ml) boiling water
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup (112ml) canola oil
  • 1 cup (238ml) heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
